PINKS FAMOUS CHILI (PINKS HOT DOGS) Recipe
1 BRICK DELORIS CHILI
1 LONG PACKAGE OF SALTINE SALTED CRACKERS
PKG OG ALL BEEF HOT DOGS WITH NATURAL CASING
(such as Boarshead or Vienna or Nathans)
2 CPS CHOPPED WHITE ONIONS
2 CPS GRATED CHEDDAR CHEESE
MUSTARD

CUT CHILI BRICK INTO CUBES AND PUT IN POT AND HEAT ON LOW FIRE, ADDING WATER AS NEEDED TO THIN OUT TO MED CONSISTANCY, TAKE ALL THE CRACKERS AND PUT THEM INTO A LARGE ZIPLOCK BAG, CRUSH WITH A ROLLING PIN IN THE BAGGIE, WHEN FINELY CRUSHED, ADD THE GROUND CRACKERS TO THE CHILI AND MIX WELL, ADD WATER IF NECESSARY. WARM ROLLS, AND STEAM THE HOTDOGS CRADLE HOT DOG IN WARM BUN.
TOP WITH MUSTARD, CHILI, CHEESE AND ONIONS.
DELISH!!!
