Quorn Chilli Recipe
Ingredients:

8oz Quorn Mince
Medium Onion
Tin Red Kidney Beans
Tin Baked Beans (Optional, but surprisingly tasty!)
2oz Mushrooms, if liked
2oz Mixed Peppers, if liked
Tin Chopped Tomatoes
1 OXO Cube
2 Fluid oz Cold Water
Garlic Cloves, Powder or Granules, to taste
1oz Mixed Herbs
Fry Light Oil Spray
Chilli Powder to taste
Half tspn Mild Curry Powder
1 tblspn Tomato Puree

Method:

Add a few squirts of Fry Light to a large saucepan. Chop and fry off the onions, mushrooms and peppers until half-cooked.

Add the mince, all the beans, tomatoes, water, herbs, garlic, chilli and curry powder, stirring throroughly before adding the OXO cube and stirring to mix throroughly again. (You may not need to add any water if you add the tin of baked beans!)

Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the tomato puree and stir to mix.

Serve with rice or baked potatoes. Add optional salad and/or, dare we say it, low fat garlic bread!
